Our working method

People-oriented, professional – trust, connection and natural care are central to me

I work without a doctor’s assistant. In my practice, you have direct contact with me as a GP. Because I only work by appointment, the waiting room is usually quiet.

Telephone consultation

You can easily schedule a telephone consultation with me via a call-back appointment. I will call you back at the agreed time. A visit to the practice is often no longer necessary. If this is the case, we will schedule an appointment.

Patient portal

You can arrange many things yourself via the patient portal on your smartphone, tablet or computer. Here you can safely and easily request repeat medication, submit an e-consultation and view your results. You can request your login details by telephone (press 5).

Contact

You can reach me in various ways:

  • For a telephone consultation or e-consultation: see ‘Contact’.
  • For repeat prescriptions: log in via ‘Repeat prescription’.
  • To view your medical file and results: log in via ‘Medical file’. My practice details and telephone number can be found under ‘About us’ > ‘Contact’.

Method of regular check-ups

We work with Viduet
Some patients need regular check-ups. This applies, for example, to people with diabetes or asthma, or those taking medications that require annual blood tests. We ensure that these check-ups take place on time and are well prepared. The practice does this in collaboration with the company Viduet.

If this applies to you, Viduet will send you e-mail messages on behalf of the practice. This message may be, for example, an invitation to complete a medical questionnaire or a request for you to schedule an appointment with us. If the appointment also requires additional testing, such as blood tests, you will receive this invitation via the usual route. Patients who don’t have an email address will continue to receive a personal invitation.

FAQ

These frequently asked questions have been compiled based on questions we receive frequently. By providing the answers here, we save you the trouble of contacting us and we GPs have fewer interruptions in our work with patients. If you cannot find the answer to your question, you can ask the practice.

Practical Information

We believe it is important that we can help you well and that you are satisfied with our care. Despite our good intentions and efforts, it may happen that you feel that we have approached or treated you carelessly or incorrectly. We would like to hear from you when you are not satisfied and invite you to discuss this with us. Make an appointment with us to clarify the problem. This usually solves a lot. If we cannot jointly arrive at a solution that is satisfactory to you, you can submit a written complaint to the independent complaints committee of the SKGE. The complaints procedure is free of charge for you.
