You can view your medical file in the portal; you must log in for this. You can send a message about a previous consultation or examination, a chronic condition or lifestyle advice. A message is NOT intended for urgent questions, appointments or repeat prescriptions for medication.

Practical Information

We believe it is important that we can help you well and that you are satisfied with our care. Despite our good intentions and efforts, it may happen that you feel that we have approached or treated you carelessly or incorrectly. We would like to hear from you when you are not satisfied and invite you to discuss this with us. Make an appointment with us to clarify the problem. This usually solves a lot. If we cannot jointly arrive at a solution that is satisfactory to you, you can submit a written complaint to the independent complaints committee of the SKGE. The complaints procedure is free of charge for you.
